Overview

The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing the overall performance of assigned marketplace stores across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. Acting as the key point of contact for the account, the role oversees end-to-end store operations while specializing in paid advertising strategy and optimization. This position drives GMV growth through campaign planning, ads performance management, content and promotional execution, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven insights to ensure account health, commercial success, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end E-commerce Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada & TikTok) operations, including collaborating with departments on product listings, pricing, inventory, order fulfilment, and customer service coordination.
