E-commerce Specialist

The E-Commerce Specialist will be reporting directly to the CEO and Marketing Director and shall perform the following functions:

• Responsible to the daily end to end control over the fulfillment process, from order receiving and printing of waybill.

• Responsible to monitors inventory levels and manage reordering to avoid shortages and ensure availability of the product during payday sale/double dates to ensure that we meet customer demands consistently.

• Responsible to handles returns, exchanges and refunds, manages customer inquiries and resolves complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Responsible in assuring that service protocols are followed to enhance the overall customer experience. Knowledgeable in using e-commerce seller tools such as Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, Shopify, Big Seller and analytics tools.
