About the role



Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Account - Non Voice to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our ecommerce clients.



What you'll be doing

Handling customer inquiries, issues and requests via email, chat and other non-voice channels

Providing prompt, professional and courteous service to ensure customer satisfaction

Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records

Troubleshooting and resolving customer queries in a timely manner

Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and processes

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs



What we're looking for

At least College grad - no experience required, good communication skills in a customer service or ecommerce support role
