  • Handleall inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, WhatsApp), accuratelydirecting requests to the appropriate departments, maintaining records, andensuring timely follow-up
  • Coordinateguest and staff transportation operations, including transfers, schedules,driver communication, and destination arrangements
  • Ensurefull compliance of transfer operations with safety regulations, valid licenses,certifications, company policies, and service standards
