Responsibilities

Include:
  • Work on various projects and media, using various software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
  • Create custom videos to enhance the quality of training based on the provided scripts.
  • Build graphics for eLearning and instructor-led courses.
  • Update and maintain internal databases of icons, images, and video.
  • Work with the Instructional Designer to design and execute interactive courses, including self-led and instructor-led programs, e-learning, blended learning, multimedia content, compliance training, and onboarding to meet the needs of department leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, andPremier Pro) is a must.
  • Knowledge of Storyline and how to develop using Storyline is a plus.
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
  • Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  • 4+ years' experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, etc.
  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
