THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated **E2E Logistics & Customer Service Executive** to join our Oslo team and help ensure seamless logistics and outstanding customer service for the Norwegian market.
In this role, you’ll support day‑to‑day Secondary Logistics and Customer Service operations, from managing orders, returns, and destruction handling, to resolving customer complaints and ensuring full T&T compliance. You’ll help secure market supply by preventing out‑of‑stocks, maintaining strong service levels, and overseeing our local 3PL hub.
You’ll contribute to annual budget, concept, and contract reviews, support trade promotions and stock builds, and drive continuous improvement in the customer ordering process.
