  • Have you got previous office management experience? Want to work with for a CEO who will rely heavily upon your ability to get to know the business and her schedule, allowing you to have ‘real’ impact on a daily basis?

    This is a true EA role with a CEO who needs a smart, proactive and savvy individual with great business acumen and the ability to succeed in a multi-faceted role.

    This diverse and dynamic role is a mix of everything the business needs day-to-day. You will need to have an outgoing yet firm personality, ability to prioritise the needs of the business and to multitask multiple jobs and deadlines.


    About your role and responsibilities:

  • Provide first point of contact, executive administrative and project support to the CEO.
  • Conserve CEO’s time by monitoring incoming communications, coordinating meetings and events whilst keeping CEO abreast of priorities, changes and conflicts.
  • Manage extensive email communication, diary, meetings and appointments in a timely and effective manner.
  • Look after expenses for CEO, COO and other executives within the business. 
  • Assist Executive Team in managing output, workflow, operating rhythms and deadlines by being across strategic imperatives and priorities.
  • Contribute to the growth of the organisation by being a key member of the team and ensure professional and friendly engagement with key stakeholders and cross functionality within the company.
  • Review best operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made (in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures etc.) within the CEO’s scope of operation.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Perform ad hoc requests and other duties as you are qualified and suitably trained to undertake.
  • Being the contact point for board members, organising catering, coordinating tech, etc. 
  • Organise and manage all staff members' domestic travel. 


  • Ideal candidate profile:

  • Experience working with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, organisation skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous detailed and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Takes initiative in planning meetings and coordinating calendar events.
  • Accurate typing with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience.
