Role Overview
The Executive / Administrative Assistant to the CTO is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative, coordination, and support activities to ensure smooth functioning of the CTO's office. The role involves email management, task follow-ups, office support coordination, and execution of ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the CTO. This position requires discretion, prioritization skills, and the ability to handle both professional and occasional personal tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email & Communication Management
- Monitor, review, and prioritize the CTO's email inbox daily
- Identify urgent, non-urgent, and informational emails and segregate them accordingly
- Respond to emails on behalf of the CTO as instructed
- Filter and highlight emails requiring immediate CTO attention
- Coordinate internal and external communication as required
