Job Description

  • Meeting & Review Management – Organize meetings, prepare agendas/presentations, and ensure timely follow-up on decisions.
  • Analytical & Project Support – Provide data analysis, business summaries, and project updates to support MD’s decisions.
  • Executive Support – Manage MD’s schedule, travel, and correspondence; ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Communication & Coordination – Act as liaison between MD and stakeholders; maintain clear communication.
  • Business Follow-ups – Track action items and ensure timely closure of key deliverables.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Prepare letters, reports, MOMs, and presentations accurately.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism – Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
  • Representation & Stakeholder Handling – Support MD in internal/external engagements.
