Technical Leadership/Support

  • i. CONTRIBUTE to sales, engineering, operations, and project teams.
  • ii. ABLE to Develop and maintain technical standards, procedures, and best practices for CMMS implementations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals, with minimum guidance.
  • ii. PREPARE technical and functional documentation, including configuration and report designs.

Team Management

  • i. ABLE to perform as medior role in the team within the assigned discipline, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and the achievement of team objectives.
  • ii. PARTICIPATE in mentorship and technical discussion, and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and professional growth.
  • iii. PARTICIPATE in regular performance reviews with TM, able to initiate individual and team goals, and foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
