Job role

Solely responsible for planning, preparing and implementing stimulating, age-appropriate activities in response to the children's emerging interests and skills

Observes and records relevant information on each child's progress as required according to The Baby Lounge's policies

Will majorly carry out pedagogic activities and supervise them when necessary

Ensures the correct administration of medications to children, when necessary

Provides a daily balance of active/quiet, indoor/outdoor, and individual/group activities

Establishes and carry out a daily activity schedule that incorporates child directed activity, care routines and transition times

Prepares week's curriculum

Ensures the smooth transitioning from one activity to the other

Supervises and help prepare and fully set up learning & play environment
