Job Description

ORS is expanding our Early Childhood Support (ECS) service at all of our sites for NDIS participants aged 0-8. ECS will provide therapy & support under the Key Worker model where there is one lead practitioner that supports the child and family through applying a range of strategies across all areas of development. You will liaise with and co-ordinate therapy from multiple disciplines as needed throughout the process.

As an Early Childhood Support Practitioner your duties will include:

  • Working with families and children to develop and prioritise their goals using a routines-based approach
  • Providing support to families that reflects a strengths-based and family-centred approachwith a focus on improving the child and family quality of life
