Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and rapidly expanding provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking a Trainee to join our vibrant Canterbury Service. This exciting opportunity allows you to earn while you learn, as you work towards your Children’s Services qualification. Gain hands‑on experience, develop practical skills, and build a rewarding career in early childhood education and care.
This position is a full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term contract with off‑the‑floor time to complete your studies.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the team to provide high‑quality education and care.
- Develop and deliver an inclusive and innovative program.
- Apply approved learning frameworks (EYLF) that promote each child’s identity, connection to community, wellbeing, learning confidence, and communication skills.
