Early Years Assistant Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Facilitator to join our team at Klay – Founding Years Learning Solution. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in early childhood education and a strong passion for nurturing young learners in a supportive and engaging environment.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for young learners.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to design and deliver comprehensive learning programs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and community members.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
• Familiarity with curriculum design and implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
