Early Years Educator (Level 3) – Full-Time Flexibility Across Croydon


Love the early years but not the 9–5 grind? We’ve got primary schools across Croydon (and a bit beyond) looking for passionate Level 3 practitioners who are ready to jump in, bring the calm, and help little learners thrive.

Whether it’s singing “Wind the Bobbin Up” on repeat or helping a wobbly toddler with their first mark-making, you’ll be at the heart of those magical early moments—just without the paperwork pile-up.

We’ve got consistent bookings ready and waiting—day-to-day, long-term, or temp-to-perm.
