Early Years Facilitator Professionals

• Manage classroom operations and ensure daily execution of lesson plans for young children.
• Engage children in age-appropriate learning activities, supervise meals, and assist with naptime routines.
• Maintain classroom order and support children in developing good manners and values.
• Plan and implement educational sessions to teach Telugu language skills effectively.
• Monitor children's progress and provide support for their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Individual Responsibilities

• Be a reliable team player and collaborate effectively with other teachers and centre staff.
• Arrive on time for work and notify the Centre in case of delays or absences.
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
• Approach feedback constructively and apply it to improve teaching practices.
• Communicate transparently with colleagues and avoid gossip.

Qualification and Experience

• Female graduate preferred.
• Experience in teaching young children is desirable.

Additional Skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Internet usage.
• Being a young mother is considered an added advantage.
