Connect2Hackney is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our Early Years & Play team. This is a pivotal role where you will champion high-quality care and education for children 0 to 5 years, ensuring they get the best possible start in life.
About the Role
As a Children's Centre Early Years Teacher, you will work in partnership with parents and early years practitioners to draft and advise on curriculum policies, monitoring their effect to ensure effective practice is developed and sustained.
You will be responsible for creating an attractive and cared-for environment that allows children to feel relaxed, motivated to explore, and independent. Furthermore, you will support the development of the Centre as a community resource, ensuring that services are provided in accordance with our commitment to high-quality service provision.
