About the role

As an Earthworks Supervisor at DB Civil, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful of critical infrastructure projects across Perth. You must be dedicated have an eye for detail and looking for a long term position at a company who values their people. You will plan and manage day to day operations of all machines and personnel on site.

What you'll be doing

Directing and supervising the day-to-day operations of earthworks crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards

Coordinating the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment and materials, to optimise productivity and meet project timelines

Monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations

Identifying and resolving operational issues proactively.
