Job Description:


● Define and lead the end-to-end business strategy for the SME/Retail segment focused on scalable and low-cost acquisition, engagement, and monetization.



● Build and manage strategic partnerships with platforms like Zoho, Wix, BigCommerce, Shopify, etc., as well as key players like YourStory, IndiaMART, and relevant ERP and developer partners.




● Develop innovative GTM strategies to drive customer conversion, improve retention, and increase ARPU through value-added SaaS offerings.



● Driving the sales on the leads and base provided by the marketing/ sales team



● Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams to drive initiatives that improve the experience and performance of the SME customer segment.



● Driving product penetration in the existing base of the company


● Entering partnership with other enterprises/ banks wherever there is a possibility to offer our solutions to the userbase of the prospect



● Maintaining strong relationship in the ecosystem and act swiftly in case business opportunity arises



● Taking feedback from the customers and feeding that back to the product and other respective teams for product upgrade

Desired Profile:


- 12+ years of experience, with a strong background in building or scaling SME-focused businesses. Prior roles in companies such as Shopify, Zoho, Wix, BigCommerce, Razorpay, or similar platforms are highly desirable




- Candidate with sales experience coupled with solutioning mindset


- Prior experience of driving business vertical will be a plus


- Excellent verbal + written skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders


- Fuelled by a passion to succeed and never say die attitude
