Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead with strong hands-on experience in Python-based automation to lead quality initiatives across our products. The role requires both technical expertise and team leadership , ensuring end-to-end quality delivery in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA team, including task allocation, mentoring, and performance tracking.
- Define QA strategy, testing standards, and best practices across projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Python, Pytest, and Playwright .
- Perform and oversee API testing using Postman for manual testing.
- Implement automation for APIs using Python Request library
