Easyship - API Product Manager

<p>Who We're Looking For:<br/><br/> Our API is the foundation of how partners, platforms, and developers integrate with us, and we're looking for an API Product Manager to own and scale Easyship's developer platform.<br/><br/> This is a fully in-office role designed for fast collaboration (5 days/week).<br/><br/> This role is about more than shipping endpoints.<br/><br/> You'll define the vision for Easyship's API ecosystem, drive adoption through world-class developer experience, and champion API-first thinking across the business.<br/><br/> We're looking for someone who thrives in technical depth, thinks in systems, and measures success through real usage, fast integrations, and partner impact.<br/><br/> What you additionally need to know:<br/><br/>- This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Bengaluru (MG Road) office.<br/><br/>- You'll report directly to the Head of Product & Co-Founder and work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Product teams.<br/><br/>- The role follows EU collaboration hours (11:00 AM-8:00 PM IST) to support seamless cross-regional execution.<br/><br/> What would be you be responsible for:<br/><br/>- Owning and driving the product roadmap for Easyship's API and developer platform, from discovery to launch and iteration.<br/><br/>- Defining the long-term vision for our API ecosystem and aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.<br/><br/>- Prioritising API enhancements, new endpoints, and developer tooling using ROI analysis and usage data.<br/><br/>- Leading delivery of API features and DX improvements, with clear success metrics like adoption, integration speed, and developer satisfaction.<br/><br/>- Partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, sales, and solutions teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Developing deep empathy for integration partners-from enterprise platforms to independent developers-and turning insights into product improvements.<br/><br/>- Championing API-first thinking across the organisation to ensure consistency and scalability.<br/><br/>- Keeping a close eye on the competitive landscape and continuously improving Easyship's position as a leading logistics API platform.<br/><br/> You Might Be a Good Fit If:<br/><br/>- You have 5-7 years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years focused on APIs, developer platforms, or technical integrations.<br/><br/>- You have a strong technical foundation and the ability to engage credibly with engineers on API design, architecture, and trade-offs.<br/><br/>- You have experience with API documentation tools, developer portals, SDKs, and integration workflows.<br/><br/>- You have a proven track record of launching and scaling developer-facing products with measurable adoption.<br/><br/>- You are comfortable working with data: usage metrics, funnels, ROI analysis, and developer NPS.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
