Job Description

We are seeking a  Senior Email Marketing Specialist  with 5–6 years of experience and at least 2 years of strong, hands-on expertise in  Dotdigital .

The role involves building and optimizing lifecycle campaigns, automation programs, omnichannel journeys, segmentation, and reporting for B2C & B2B brands.

You will drive revenue through data-led email strategies and deep platform integrations.

Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot is a plus, but  Dotdigital expertise is mandatory .

  •   Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Build and optimize lifecycle journeys: welcome, retention, re-engagement, post-purchase, loyalty.

    Create omnichannel strategies across Email, SMS, Web Push & WhatsApp.

    Own the lifecycle roadmap for assigned brands.

    Execution & Campaign Management Build, test, and launch campaigns and automated flows.

    Use dynamic personalization, segmentation, and scoring.
