Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Asset Health Analyst with our Asset Management department. The successful candidate will foster a culture of reliability driven behavior so this role will support the Asset Health Superintendent in preparing and facilitating continuous improvement meetings with the goal of taking full ownership this activity as the role matures.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular monitoring and review of asset health data for evident actionable issues
  • Proactively analysis of trends to identify unseen developing failures
  • Create actions on identified issues for submission to site for execution
  • Track site response to notification of action
  • Investigate anomalies / trends with risk and trigger defect elimination as needed
  • Support sites to ensure that all applicable mobile assets are reporting to database
  • Oversee development of data ingestion for currently unenrolled mobile assets
  • Oversee mechanisms to consistently extract mobile asset health data 
  • Oversee development of mobile focused report and dashboard design
  • Develop / Train machine learning trending tools to condition based monitoring evolution
  • Assist Specialist in prepping for and facilitating site continuous improvement meetings 
  • Provide Tech Support to site users for Asset Health Tools
  • Maintain DINGO asset database to align with valid assets
  • Maintain DINGO user database
  • Mange contracts for Asset Health Partners (Fluid Lab, MTS, Dingo, etc.)
  • Assist in prepping for and facilitating site CBAM meetings under direction of Superintendent
  • Support Warranty Specialist in tracking and documenting mobile rebuild issues
  • Organize Asset Health Related Training for sites
  • Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years’ experience with Fleet Management Systems preferred 
  • ERP (SAP) Proficiency preferred
  • Database Programming Experience (SQL, Python, etc.) preferred
  • Excellent Intra-personal skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • CAT Minestarexperience required
  • Jigsaw experience preferred
  • NewTrax Experience preferred 
  • DINGO Trakka Experience preferred
  • Microsoft Azure Proficiency preferred 
  • Data Visualization Tools Experience (Power BI, Etc.) preferred 
  • CMRP or CMRT Certification preferred
