Includes focus areas like Innovation, Growth, and Lean. Includes EBS trainers.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Technical Masters’ Degree or MBA preferred
+ Lean Tool experience – cellular manufacturing, 5S, Std. Work, Kanban, VSM, TPI, PSP
+ Strong process mindset and experience with standard work, EBS Certifications preferred
+ Capable of working with and influencing all levels of the organization
+ Effective coaching, mentoring skills and group facilitation skills
+ Project management and leadership skills
+ Advanced English proficiency (95%).
