Location: Cheshire
Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per year + Bonus + Car/Car Allowance + Hybrid Working + Enhanced Pension
Overview
Samuel Frank is recruiting for a leading EPC contractor in Cheshire. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong commercial and contractual expertise to lead complex control systems projects.
Project Manager Responsibilities -
* Manage the delivery of EC&I and control systems projects from start to finish.
* Apply technical knowledge of EC&I or DCS systems to ensure successful outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations.
* Work with NEC3/NEC4 contracts (Options A, C & E preferred).
* Monitor project performance using CPI and SPI metrics.
* Take full responsibility for technical and commercial delivery.
* Conduct UK-based site visits (typically 1–2 days per trip).
