What you'll do:This position is for a ECAT Technical Project Manager of server development projects within Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), based in Bangalore, Karnataka. This is an exciting role in a growing server development organization that is focused on being the #1 trusted IT Partner in the datacenter infrastructure market. The customer is always a top priority for this team, and the position offers opportunities to grow and solve unique client challenges. ECAT Technical Project Manager is expected to work with peer functions as a team to develop the leading-edge Lenovo server offerings. This role is responsible for collaborating closely with internal functional teams, PCB vendors, and contract manufacturers, to develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, schedule, budgets, and statements-of-work. The candidate will drive project execution and report status to both internal and external project stakeholders. This position will support the development of multiple server platforms in parallel. The overall performance responsibility is for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables, including planning, status tracking, change control, and risk management.Required skills:

experience leading projects technology-based product development projects, preferably related to server or computer product development.

Preferred skills:

Strong understanding of PCB/PCBA technological design and manufacturing challenges
