SASH Adelaide offers a comprehensive range of specialist veterinary services, including 24/7 Emergency & Critical Care (ECC), Surgery, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Neurology & Neurosurgery, and Diagnostic Imaging.  

We are currently expanding our Emergency & Critical Care team and are seeking passionate veterinary nurses to join us in Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual positions, supporting inpatient care, triage, and emergency cases. 

Who Are We Looking For? 
We're looking for nurses who are: 

• Genuinely interested in Emergency and Critical Care, with a desire to be involved throughout a patient's SASH journey 
• Comfortable working a rotating roster, including overnights and weekends 
• Calm under pressure, with strong clinical decision-making skills 
• Confident in triaging patients quickly and efficiently 
• Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills 
• Experienced in anaesthesia and ventilation 
• Resilient and capable of managing competing demands in a busy clinical environment  

What You'll Need: 

• A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) 
• A minimum of 2 years’ full-time experience as a qualified nurse 
• Prior experience in Emergency or ICU is highly regarded, but not essential
