This 2-year opportunity immerses you in ECCO’s Finance & Business Control operations, equipping you with the skills and experience to thrive in a global commercial environment. You’ll gain a deep understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and business control processes at both corporate and regional levels. 

As an ECCO Graduate, you will work across departments such as Financial Controlling, Business Performance Analysis, and Sales and Cost Controlling, where you’ll learn from inspiring colleagues while taking on real responsibilities that shape our business.
