Appliances & PG sales.
 Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
 Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and market segments.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
 Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and forecast future sales trends.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional activities.
 Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and
performance.
 Monitor market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
 Delivering top line sales numbers, achieving all time high volumes in almost all
product categories
 Distributor management by ensuring optimal stocking levels and high billing
efficiency for all distributors
