Empire Homes is seeking a Warranty Administrator in Brantford! In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners post-closing including receipt and processing of Tarion warranty forms and maintaining schedules for technicians and trades regarding warranty repairs.

This role is located at our Wyndfield, Brantford ON .

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
  • Homebuilding industry experience considered an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the Tarion warranty process.
