Job Description
Perform cardiac ultrasound examinations including 2D Echo, M-Mode, and Color Doppler
Prepare patients physically and psychologically for echocardiography procedures
Accurately position transducers to obtain optimal cardiac images
Measure and document cardiac dimensions, blood flow, and heart function
Assist cardiologists in identifying cardiac abnormalities
Maintain echocardiography machines and report technical issues promptly
Follow hospital protocols for infection control, safety, and patient care
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data confidentiality
Coordinate with cardiology team for scheduling and workflow management
Handle emergency situations calmly and assist during critical cases
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Cardiac Technology, Echocardiography, or Allied Health Sciences
Certification in Echocardiography (preferred)
