A healthcare role focused on echocardiography offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented outpatient heart and vascular clinic. This position is ideal for an experienced Echo Tech ready to perform diagnostic cardiac sonography with a trusted equipment brand and collaborate closely with cardiology professionals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Echo Tech
  • Current registry in Echocardiography through ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS)
  • Proficient with Phillips ultrasound machines (required)
  • Experience with adult echocardiography procedures
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
  • IV placement experience (preferred)
  • Strain and 3D TTE proficiency (preferred)

Location:
Situated in Albemarle, North Carolina, this outpatient clinic provides a calm, focused work environment with a patient population exclusively adult (18+). The facility is equipped with two Phillips machines and uses EPIC for EMR, enhancing workflow efficiency. Parking is free with an accessible facility located on Yadkin St.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Trans Thoracic Echocardiograms (TTE), bubble and contrast studies reliably and accurately
  • Collaborate with one onsite cardiologist and an RN to ensure exemplary patient care
  • Adhere to department protocols and maintain high-quality imaging standards
  • Participate in a 2-day orientation tailored to experience level

Schedule and Work Environment:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • No weekends, no on-call duties, and no major holiday requirements
