Echo Technologist Full-Time:

DESCRIPTION:

  • Produce quality images for Radiologist/Cardiologist review. 

  • Record image release in EHR and verify PACS archiving. 

  • Send images to tele-radiology after hours; report PACS issues. 

  • Participate in peer review and assist with accreditation. 

  • Support equipment/software selection with leadership. 

  • Order/restock supplies, report equipment and safety concerns. 

  • Schedule maintenance with vendors; assist with EHR updates. 

  • Manage inventory, equipment upkeep, and budget proposals. 

  • Stay current on regulatory standards. 

  • Verify orders, patient identity, and history; document in EHR. 

  • Perform time-out procedures; follow exam protocols. 

  • Provide initial interpretation, coordinate with transport
