Echo/Vascular Supervisor

Responsible for directing the day-to-day operation of the Echocardiogram, Vascular Ultrasound, Vein clinic, Holter/Event Monitoring, and EKG service, including the direct supervision of personnel, resolution of technical and procedural difficulties, quality control and coordination of department services. Provide all facets of supervision, including the interviewing and selection of personnel, their training, direction of work activities, staffing, scheduling, motivation, discipline, evaluation of performance and interpretation and enforcement of both Cardiovascular Services and hospital policies and procedures. He/she will be responsible for seeing that personnel carry out their assignments within the guideline established by departmental and hospital policy.
