We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Execution team.

Experience Required:

Candidates should have 4+ years of prior experience in the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) / Merchant Banking division, with exposure to valuation-related services.

Key Exposure & Skill Set:

• IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Open Offers, Buybacks, Delisting

• Restructuring analysis and examination of financial statements

• Business, regulatory, transaction, and ESOP valuations

• Valuation of goodwill and other intangible assets

• Plan and manage end-to-end ECM and merchant banking engagements
