EcoCoach Educators are not session fillers.
They are trusted professionals who hold standards, think systemically, and put the child with the greatest need first.

If you're an experienced sports coach, teaching assistant, or teacher who wants more responsibility, more depth, and a clearer pathway into leadership, this role is designed for you.

The Role at a Glance

• Daily afternoon PE delivery at a primary school site (term time)
• After-school clubs and enrichment provision
• Additional hours across Alternative Provision (AP), home education, and wraparound care
• Opportunity to lead holiday camps during school breaks
• Optional admin / operational hours for those looking to step into management-level responsibility
