Duties/Responsibilities but notlimited to :- 1. Identifies,recommends, and implementssystems to minimize loss, money, orcompany assets. 2. Audits andinvestigates sources of knownlosses. Develop Monitoring ofinventory to identify theft orshortages. 3. Investigatessuspicious customer and/oremployee activity. Conductsperiodic testing of alarm( fire exit)and video surveillance systems. 4.Conducts periodic inspections ofstores (HRV) and facilities to ensureCCTV surveillance and securityequipment is functioning properly. 5.Develops and implements policiesand procedures to prevent theft orinventory storage areas. 6. Preparesreports on effectiveness ofestablished prevention measures. 7.Researches, suggests, andimplements additional securitymeasures. Performs other duties asassigned. 8. RequiredSkills/Abilities: Excellent analyticaland problem-solving skills.Extensive knowledge of retail/logistics operations and lossprevention strategies andprocedures. 9. Proficient withMicrosoft Office Suite or relatedsoftware to prepare reports anddocumentation. 10. Education andExperience: Bachelors degreeBusiness Management, or relatedfield preferred. 11. One to Threeyears, experience in retail lossprevention, security, or lawenforcement required. 12. Sitesafety adherence 13. Audit and thirdparty audit liquidation ofobservations 14.
