Role Overview

We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and Soulflower’s D2C website. The role focuses on product listing accuracy, order management, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth online sales operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) and D2C website
  • Ensure correct pricing, content, images, keywords, and inventory updates
  • Monitor order processing, cancellations, returns, and refunds
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams
  • Track stock levels and prevent OOS (Out of Stock) situations
