ECommerce Account Manager (Office-Based Set-up)

We are hiring a strategic E-Commerce Account Manager to lead the digital operations for HiFi Sound Connection, a premier US-based retailer of car audio and musical instruments. You will not just manage a client account; you will act as the operational leader for our e-commerce business, collaborating directly with the US leadership team.





Key Responsibilities:



Multi-Channel Marketplace Management: Oversee performance and health of seller accounts on Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Walmart Marketplace. Monitor policy compliance, feedback scores, and defect rates.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Customer Service Representatives and Data Entry specialists. Set KPIs for response times (SLA), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and listing accuracy.
