JOB SUMMARY
We have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Admin to join our growing family.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Ecommerce
- Assisting with the day-to-day administration of our ecommerce platforms
- Processing customer orders and managing inventory
- Answering customer inquiries and providing exceptional client support
- Maintaining and updating product information on our ecommerce sites
- Generating sales reports, assist invoicing, goods return, credit/ debit notes
- Handle order fulfillment (including order confirmation, packing, arrange delivery and dispatching)
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to implement new ecommerce initiatives
- Support ad hoc sales and general administrative duties
KEY REQUIREMENT
- GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 1 year of relevant related working experience...
