Role Overview
We are looking for an E-commerce Ads Associate to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across quick commerce platforms. The role focuses on driving visibility, conversions, and ROAS through platform ads, data analysis, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Fresh, Flipkart Quick, etc.).
- Manage sponsored listings, keyword-based ads, display ads, and promotional campaigns on marketplaces.
- Track daily performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and sales uplift.
- Optimize budgets, bids, keywords, and creatives to improve efficiency and scale.
- Coordinate with creative and category teams for ad copies, banners, and product listings.
- Analyze competitor activity, pricing, and promotions on quick commerce platforms.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
- Support product launches, offer pushes, and seasonal campaign planning.
- Ensure ads align with inventory availability and platform guidelines.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Atleast 2 years of experience in performance marketing or marketplace ads.
- Hands-on experience with quick commerce or e-commerce ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of metrics like ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Data-driven mindset with good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-frequency campaign environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG, D2 C, or consumer brands.
- Exposure to Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, or quick commerce dashboards.
- Basic understanding of inventory planning and demand forecasting.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Looker, or similar (added advantage).
