Job Title: Amazon Ads Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for Senior Amazon Ads Associate with extensive experience managing large-scale campaigns on the Amazon USA/CA marketplace. You will play a critical role in driving growth through sophisticated advertising strategies, including dayparting and advanced bid management. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to changes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of Amazon ad campaigns on Seller Central and Vendor Central for the USA/CA marketplace.
  • Implement advanced strategies such as dayparting to optimize ad spend based on peak performance times.
  • Utilize Helium 10 and ad automation tools to manage large-scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights, optimize bids, keywords, and targeting.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align advertising efforts with business goals.
  • Stay current with Amazon ad platform updates and industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues swiftly in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1- 2 years of experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns focused on the USA/CA marketplace.
  • Expertise with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Strong proficiency with Helium 10 (mandatory) and any ad automation platforms.
  • Proven experience implementing dayparting and other advanced bid management strategies.
  • Experience across other marketplaces/platforms like Walmart, Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Noon, Wayfair, Etsy, Target, Twitter, Pinterest is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex campaigns and deliver measurable results.
