About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Ecommerce & CRM Manager to lead website and email marketing initiatives. This part-time role (15–25 hours/week) has the potential to transition to full-time as the business scales.

You will manage the Shopify storefront and Klaviyo email strategy, optimizing user experience, conversion, and retention. This role suits a digitally savvy marketer with hands-on experience in Shopify, Klaviyo, and CRO, who thrives at the intersection of strategy and data-driven execution.
