They are the destination for elevated basics, event dressing and resort wear and they provide their clients with a personalized and elevated retail experience. As they continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic team member to join their customer-focused operations.
The Role I
We’re looking for a Ecommerce & Customer Care Assistant to deliver seamless support across online customer journeys. This role is ideal for someone who’s worked in a small brand environment in online customer care or in retail and is comfortable navigating platforms like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and help maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
