Ecommerce Executive

If you are passionate and ready to take the next step in your career, we are welcoming an E-commerce Manager to oversee our B2B and B2C platforms. Knowledge of managing Shopify-based websites is also required.

Job & Responsibility:

• Manage daily operations for E-Commerce including Updating Product Catalog, and coordination with account managers for the latest updates.

• Creating strategies to drive sales through e-commerce marketplaces.

• Addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Also collecting and working on the feedback given by customers in the marketplaces regarding the company’s products.

• Ability to work as a part of a team is essential.

• Good communication skills.
