Job Description
Responsibilities
- Grow key accounts across Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop (and other marketplaces).
- Deliver growth on core KPIs: Revenue/GMV, Store Followers, CVR/CR%, ROAS/ACoS, repeat rate, and ratings.
- Plan and execute promo calendars (mega sales, payday, platform campaigns); ensure consistent store performance and sales momentum vs. plan.
- End-to-end store ops ownership: product/listing management, price/stock integrity, order processing, inventory & fulfilment coordination, SLA and OOS control.
- Drive marketplace media & partnerships: platform campaigns, paid ads (Search/Discovery/Shop Ads, TikTok Ads), affiliate/KOL/creator activations; collaborate closely with internal creative/ops teams.
- Data & compliance: monitor daily dashboards, competitor/product analysis, cohort and basket insights; ensure adherence to each platform’s policies and rules.
