Ecommerce Executive

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to support daily operations across multiple international marketplaces. This is a growth-focused role ideal for someone with foundational experience in online selling platforms and a drive to take ownership with structured guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, Home Depot, and eBay
• Create and enhance product listings—titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keyword optimization
• Track inventory levels, pricing strategies, and competitor benchmarks
• Assist with order processing, shipment creation, and tracking workflows
• Compile performance reports and interpret advertising metrics for actionable insights
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and return requests with professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to update product content, pricing, and catalog accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
• Familiarity with listing tools, inventory management systems, and fulfillment workflows
• Basic understanding of paid advertising and performance tracking (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, etc.)
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting

Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
