We are seeking for an creative and self-initiater E-Commerce Executive. This is a newly created position to support the business growth.
Role Duties
- Monitor and maintain online store performance
- Manage product listings, inventory updates, pricing accuracy, and order fulfilment
- Support business planning discussions using performance data and customer trends with weekly/monthly sales report; customer data reports with actionable insights
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to fulfil orders and ensure service standards are met
- Support troubleshooting and ensure backend site functionality
