Job Description
We're an international ecommerce business running Adobe Commerce with as our PSP. Fraud is currently low, with 40,000 orders/month, we want a clean, well-configured fraud rule setup that reduces risk without hurting conversion.
We're looking for an independent expert to design and implement fraud rules (not just reporting), for our Checkout .com PSP platform, with the option for periodic reviews if things go well.

Engagement: One-time setup (+ optional quarterly reviews)
Scope
Review order history & chargeback patterns
Design market-specific fraud rules, including:
- 3DS strategy by issuing country (EEA vs US vs ROW)
- AVS logic by market (strong US/CA, lighter elsewhere)
- CVV enforcement
- Velocity, order value, geo/IP, billing vs shipping rules
- IP rules
- GEO rules
Configure rules using:
- risk settings
