We are looking for a Growth Manager to take full ownership of our marketplace ecosystem. You will be the strategic lead for our existing presence on Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, and Blinkit , while identifying and onboarding the next wave of platforms to scale our reach. Professional Responsibilities P&L Ownership: Drive end-to-end revenue growth and profitability across all e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. Agency Management: Lead the day-to-day relationship with performance agencies to ensure high-efficiency campaign execution and ROI. Storefront Excellence: Oversee listing health, A+ content, and storefront optimizations to maximize organic discoverability and conversion. Media & Campaigns: Plan and execute platform-specific marketing calendars, leveraging 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance ad suites. Inventory & Forecasting: Manage demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock health and availability. Platform Expansion: Lead the end-to-end onboarding and launch strategy for new and emerging commerce platforms. Who You Are Experience: You have 4+ years of experience in the E-commerce space, with a proven track record of growing brands. Execution: You have spent 2–3 years specifically focused on performance campaigns and digital marketing. Expertise: You are intimately familiar with the backend of major Indian marketplaces and understand the nuances of Quick Commerce (Blinkit/Zepto). Agility: You thrive in a startup environment and are comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
